The Role:

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AgroStar's farmer app. Leverage farmer insights, agri-market trends, seasonal dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and shape impactful product decisions. Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle: from farmers' need discovery, requirement gathering, prioritization, development, launch, and continuous iteration to improve adoption and engagement. Partner with Engineering, Agronomy, Marketing, and omnichannel sales teams to deliver localized, vernacular-first farmer experiences that are intuitive, trustworthy, and scalable--even in low-tech rural environments. Define, track, and analyze farmer-centric KPIs such as adoption, engagement, retention, repeat usage, and business impact. Pull and analyze data directly using BigQuery / SQL and product analytics tools to uncover farmer behavior insights, run experiments, and drive data-driven product decisions. Act as the voice of the farmer by conducting on-ground research, usability testing in rural contexts, and continuous feedback loops to ensure the app addresses real farmer needs. Balance short-term enhancements with long-term innovations that scale AgroStar's digital ecosystem for sustainable growth. Shape the app as a multi-modal platform--content, community, omnichannel commerce and output linkages--aligned with farmer lifecycle needs. Mentor junior product managers and contribute to a high-performing product culture rooted in farmer-first thinking, data-driven decision making, and product excellence.

What We're Looking For:

5-8 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3+ years in the B2C domain (e-commerce, gaming, social apps preferred). Proven track record of building and scaling consumer-facing products; experience scaling platforms from 1M+ to 10M+ users preferred. Hands-on experience with SQL / BigQuery for consumer data analysis and experimentation Familiarity with implementing AI/ML features into the product roadmap is preferred, especially to drive personalization, recommendations, or predictive farmer solutions. Strong understanding of consumer behavior, product analytics, and growth levers. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving skills, structured thinking, and a data-driven mindset. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred (not mandatory).
