Powered by increasing internet penetration and pandemic-led boost, e-commerce is growing faster than ever!

In this rapid growth, a lot of new customer segments have joined the e-com bandwagon. Some of these customer segments have different needs and buying behaviour compared to the existing online shoppers. Therefore, existing e-commerce platforms aren't able to deliver the most optimal experience to these new customer segments

We are building a video-led and social-first e-commerce platform - exclusively focusing on the needs and behaviour of one such underserved customer segment. We are building in stealth mode, so we will only be able to share further details with relevant candidates

We share our vision with top-tier VCs & marquee angel investors - including founders of successful e-commerce startups - who are backing us in this journey. We are funded with $7M led by Accel and Matrix at the seed level

Role: Senior Product Manager

Key responsibilities :

1. Establish core principles and lead the product organisation to build a world-class product

2. Identify target consumer segments and markets and play a leading role in evaluating market trends, product industry, and competition strategies

3. Develop the vision and strategy for the growth of all products incorporating financial implications, marketing needs, and overall objectives of the business

4. Define and maintain creative, high-level and detailed product roadmaps and specifications that align with long-term business objectives - Index on product-led growth

5. Spearhead the execution by collaborating closely with Design, Engineering, User Research and Data teams - deliver with speed & quality while keeping the scope small

6. Create and manage a process that drives toward a scalable product portfolio that will in turn drive the business towards product-market fit

7. Identify, assess, track and resolve issues and risks at multiple levels; including both technical risks and associated business risks

An ideal candidate MUST have :

1. 6+ years of experience in a product role(s)

2. Experience in consumer tech or B2C startups

3. Experience with product-led growth is a huge plus

4. Exceptional problem-solving skills + creativity
