Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager with strong expertise in digital lending to own, manage, and scale our end-to-end lending stack. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying product gaps, integrating new lending partners (NBFCs, Banks), strengthening existing relationships, and enhancing borrower journeys across underwriting, disbursement, and repayment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete lending product lifecycle--from lender onboarding to disbursement and repayment workflows. Drive business growth by collaborating with merchants to enable and scale NBFC-driven transactions. Work closely with NBFCs/Banks to gather requirements and lead technical scoping for integrations (LOS, LMS, APIs). Ensure strict adherence to RBI's Digital Lending Guidelines (DLG), privacy regulations, and KYC norms. Collaborate with design, engineering, legal, and operations teams to enhance borrower experience, partner satisfaction, fraud prevention, and product efficiency. Build and scale a configurable multi-lender LSP platform. Define KPIs and create dashboards to monitor product performance, risk metrics, SLAs, and partner health. Track funnel performance and drive product experiments (e.g., eligibility journeys, loan offers, NACH setup, etc.).

Requirements

5-6 years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in digital lending or BNPL. Strong understanding of credit and lending products, DLG requirements, and NBFC/Bank operational models. Hands-on experience managing partner integrations, APIs (REST), LOS/LMS systems, bureau calls, and risk workflows. Strong analytical abilities, documentation proficiency, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per month
