What we have:

• As a Product Manager you will own a particular product segment or workflow
• Understand user needs and pain points through one on one interactions directly with users or other business stakeholders and through data analytics
• Gather the requests from business stakeholders or from users and identify the most impactful problems to solve and be able to estimate the business impact of solving them
• Lead the team to find the best way to solve a problem articulate it in detail through product requirement documents
• Foster collaboration with business stakeholders, design and engineering teams
• Define metrics and measurement strategies for the product and team and own the targets for relevant metrics

• Develop and define product roadmaps and feature concepts
• Work with the engineering team to communicate release goals and be a part of product life cycle
• Interface with stakeholders for inputs on market trends, feature requirements and product gaps
• Own product performance and conduct periodic performance reviews
• Creative ideation and articulation of ideas

• 4-6 years of overall experience with at-least 3 years of Hands on experience in Product Management
• Engineering degree is a must have (development experience is an added advantage)
• An MBA from a premier B-school (Tier I & II) preferred
• Able to work with multiple groups and processes
• Outstanding intellectual capability & Solid analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work and thrive in a multi- tasked fast paced environment
• Someone who gets a kick out of creating something from scratch and seeing the fast pace actions translate into revenue
