Promise, Messaging, and Returns. We are looking for a high impact Sr. Product Manager who can own the roadmap for a market leading CFX CX, establish and run mechanisms to anticipate emerging customer needs, and drive improvements in growth and retention metrics for customers. Key job responsibilities This role will entail working with multiple program, product, and tech teams in IN and US to understand customer needs and frustrations, identify programmatic and tech solutions, and build and launch product roadmaps.
