Role: Senior Product Manager
Location: Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore (please don't consider relocation)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of core products in the travel and hospitality domain. This role requires strong market awareness, customer understanding, and the ability to drive product initiatives from ideation to execution.
You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Customer Support, and Leadership to deliver high-quality products aligned with business goals and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision
Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals and market opportunities
Build and prioritize the product roadmap based on research, data, and stakeholder input
Product Development Lifecycle
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to manage product development from concept to launch
Lead agile product development processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
Market Research and Customer Insights
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and pain points
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall company strategy
Serve as the key point of contact for stakeholders and leadership on product progress
Performance Metrics and Reporting
Define and track KPIs to evaluate product success, engagement, and ROI
Analyze product data and present insights to leadership for decision-making
Go-to-Market Strategy
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support on product launch planning
Ensure product positioning aligns with market demand and customer expectations
Team Leadership and Alignment
Oversee and guide product team members including UI/UX, Business Analysts, and Scrum Master
Ensure team efforts align with product goals and timelines
Perform other related product leadership responsibilities aligned with business priorities
Required Skills
Product Management Expertise
Min 8 or more years of experience in product management within software or tech- driven industries
At least 6 years in a senior product leadership role
Proven track record of successful product launches and scaling products
Technical and Analytical Skills
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product development lifecycle, and engineering practices
Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha, or similar
Strong analytical ability to interpret data and make data-driven product decisions
Communication and Leadership
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment
Leadership capability to guide teams and foster innovation
Preferred Skills
Experience in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industries
Understanding of customer experience strategies and optimization
Familiarity with user-centered design and collaboration with UX/UI teams
Knowledge of analytics and CRM tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.
Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required
MBA or Master's degree in Product Management or similar preferred
