We're hiring a

Senior Product Engineer - Web Platforms

to build and scale high-impact digital products across frontend and backend systems. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys end-to-end ownership--shaping architecture, writing production-grade code, and delivering reliable, scalable solutions that directly support business outcomes.
You'll work across multiple web initiatives including customer-facing applications, internal platforms, and integrated business tools, partnering closely with designers, product leaders, and engineering peers.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Product & Platform Engineering

Build, enhance, and maintain end-to-end web platforms that power core business workflows.
Own technical implementation across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
Translate product and business requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions.

Architecture & System Design

Partner with technical leadership to define system architecture, integrations, and technology choices.
Design scalable backend services and APIs that support growth and evolving use cases.
Ensure applications are built with performance, security, and long-term maintainability in mind.

Frontend & User Experience

Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Ensure strong adherence to accessibility, usability, SEO, and UI best practices.
Collaborate closely with designers to deliver polished, intuitive experiences.

Delivery & Engineering Excellence

Lead projects from estimation and planning through development, testing, and release.
Drive best practices around code quality, testing, documentation, and deployment.
Participate actively in Agile workflows including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Use issue-tracking and project tools to manage scope, progress, and delivery timelines.

Leadership & Mentorship

Conduct thoughtful code reviews and guide technical decision-making.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to improving team standards and processes.
Take ownership of systems and proactively identify improvements and optimizations.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

5+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade web applications.
Strong frontend expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as

Vue.js

(experience with React or Angular is a plus).
Solid backend experience with

PHP (Laravel)

and

Node.js

, including API development and authentication flows.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, relational databases, Git-based version control, and package managers.
Familiarity with modern styling frameworks like

Tailwind CSS

and

SASS

.
Exposure to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and debugging live production systems.
Strong understanding of performance optimization, scalability, and accessibility.
Comfortable working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Ownership mindset with the ability to make sound technical decisions independently.
