Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Product engineering support to mid-range engine Addressing and resolving plant manufacturing and quality queries Cross-functional coordination with Global Chief engineer , manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams Support for design changes, deviations, and corrective actions Participation in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions

Skill and Experience Required:

Experience Range : 6-7 Years Qualification : BE / M. Tech - Mechanical Engineering Strong knowledge of engine systems and sub-systems Experience with DFMEA and FTA Hands-on experience in 7-Step Problem Solving / Structured Problem Solving Understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly considerations Exposure to change management processes (ECN/ECR) Ability to analyse field and plant issues and provide engineering solutions Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams Familiarity with quality tools (5-Why, Pareto, etc.) Experience in plant support or production engineering will be an added advantage
