Senior Product Engineer (Developer)

Role Purpose

The Senior Developer will be responsible for the

design, development, and support

of the Banking System. This position requires hands-on experience in

Java, J2EE, and web technologies

, with strong analytical and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

web and J2EE software development

for banking applications. Analyze system changes, assess impact, and maintain coding best practices. Design and implement program enhancements with detailed technical documentation. Prepare

test scenarios

and perform

unit/system testing

. Conduct

code reviews

for each release to ensure quality and compliance. Ensure test accuracy and smooth implementation in production. Maintain documentation, standards, and development processes in line with organizational policies. Collaborate closely with business users and stakeholders. Provide

guidance and mentorship

to junior developers. Contribute to all components across the

full technology stack

.

Essential Skills & Experience

Minimum

7 years

of system software development experience. Strong knowledge of

Java, JSP, Servlets, J2EE, EJB, Spring MVC, Web Services

. Experience with

modern web frameworks

such as

Angular, React, Bootstrap, HTML5

. Solid understanding of

Object-Oriented Programming

and

SDLC

. Strong experience in

database design

,

normalization

, and

SQL

. Ability to

lead small technical teams

and coordinate development activities. Excellent

communication

and

interpersonal skills

.

Desirable Skills

Degree in

Computer Science

,

Information Technology

, or related field. Experience in the

banking domain

or

financial systems

. Familiarity with

Agile methodology

. Knowledge of

JBOSS, IBM WebSphere MQ, JSON, XML, MSSQL, Workflow Engine, RHPAM, Jasper Report

. Exposure to

multinational environments

and

multi-country systems

. Independent, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure. Experience in

full-stack development

is highly desirable.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
