Greenlight is an Atlanta-based fintech company that makes a debit card for kids and companion apps for the family. We proudly serve more than 4 million parents and kids, with in-app tools for sending money, setting savings goals, monitoring balances, managing chores, automating allowance and investing.

We are looking for a

Senior Product Designer

with a passion for creating great products for great people (in our case the modern family). In this role, you will partner closely with both our India and the US based design team members contributing to UX/UI direction helping ensure quality and consistency for our product & services. Working alongside partners from Product Management, Engineering, Brand, Marketing, and other core teams, you will help ensure that Greenlight delivers truly lovable and memorable experiences.

About the Team

We are a collaborative, full-stack Design org with disciplines that span Product Design, Brand Design, Motion Design, Print Design, and Design Program Management. We are led by our VP of Design, Creative Director, and Product Design Director and work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Marketing partners. Our team is critical in helping ensure that Greenlight delivers truly lovable experiences with product and brand expressions that are aligned.

What you will be doing:

+ Work closely with Product and Engineering based in IDC to provide design support helping extend our US based design team.
+ Collaborate with other UX/UI designers to ensure alignment across other areas of the product and our design system.
+ Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, addressing any design-related issues or adjustments as needed.
+ Create key UI views, UX flows, and components, needed for finalizing designs
+ Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the consistency and functionality of design elements across different devices and platforms.
+ Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and tools.

What you should bring:

+ 5-7 years + proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and attention to detail, preferably for a mobile application.
+ Mastery and speed in Figma, with ability to produce prototypes to support engineers
+ Knowledge and efficiency of Adobe Creative Suite
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
+ Eye for detail, consistency, and a passion for creating high-quality, user-centered designs.
+ A portfolio showcasing your work
+ Comprehensive knowledge of standard iOS and Android mobile design patterns
