As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Consumer and community Banking , you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

Job responsibilities

Lead and execute UAT efforts across assigned PCB product. Develop comprehensive, reusable test scenarios aligned with business and customer journeys Execute test across platforms (web, mobile iOS/Android) and customer segments/profile types Collaborate with product owners to validate test coverage and risks areas Document detailed test evidence Identify and implement automation opportunities using internal framework (UDF) Maintain and update automation script as customer journey's evolves. Support reporting and metrics tracking (e.g. JIRA, confluence, Zephyr/qTest)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery, UAT, QA, or software testing roles Strong working knowledge of test management tools (e.g. JIRA, confluence, Zephyr/qTest) Experience with test automation scripting or automation frameworks Excellent documentation and communication skills Demonstrated commitment to user-centric testing and delivering high quality releases

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
