As a Senior Product Analyst on the Firmwide Core Deposit team, you will play a pivotal role in driving product innovation and excellence. Your expertise in product development will be instrumental in making a significant impact, as you utilize user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of groundbreaking products and enhance existing offerings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design and engineering to ensure seamless integration and execution of product strategies. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the future of our products and ensuring ongoing success. The Firmwide Core Deposit product encompasses comprehensive management of deposit account features, including pricing, fees, and the posting and settlement of depository transactions, providing a robust foundation for our financial services.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities by conducting thorough user research, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Assess and plan for the upstream and downstream impacts of new product features, ensuring seamless integration into the overall product experience and enhancing user satisfaction.
  • Facilitate the collection and synthesis of user research, journey mapping to drive the strategic product roadmap, providing valuable insights into potential product features that deliver great value to customers.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis, tracking, and evaluation of product metrics, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality targets throughout the product development lifecycle, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Craft detailed requirements, epics, and user stories to support and guide product development, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic objectives and user needs.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a related domain, demonstrating a proven track record of successful product development and execution.
  • Strong proficiency in understanding and navigating the product development life cycle, with the ability to effectively manage and optimize each phase for maximum impact.
  • Demonstrated experience in product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition, showcasing the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product strategies.
  • Developing expertise in data analytics and data literacy, with the capability to leverage data-driven insights to inform product decisions and enhance strategic outcomes.
  • Solid working knowledge of Agile processes and principles, including proficiency in utilizing tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Git, etc., to facilitate efficient and collaborative product development.
