Job Responsibilities

• Business reengineering, large data handling and problem-solving skills. Logical acumen with keen attention to detail.

• A strong interest in business and business development and fair understanding of information technology

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

• Bachelor\'s Degree with 10 - 12 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience including minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or loan servicing work, preferably for commercial lending or experience in a Back office/Financial industry
• You should come with knowledge of loan systems like Loan IQ, ACBS will be an added advantage
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Advanced technical, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Strong problem solving and investigative skills to undertake analysis, resolve issues/problems related to the process
• Knowledge of investment banking products including Loans
• Proven track record and experience in driving medium to large sized projects with strong results
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Engage and collaborate with leadership team locally and globally
• Play a key part in driving innovation and digitization agenda for India and global teams
• Experience leading and developing top-performing teams
