Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a

SENIOR PRODUCT AND PROJECT MANAGER

for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in the Delhi NCR Region, India. Our client is a cutting-edge company that connects industries with the best AI plugins and solutions tailored to specific needs.


REQUIREMENTS:



5+ years of experience in project management (certification recommended). 3+ years of experience in product management (certification recommended). 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role. Understanding of Agentic AI capabilities and real-world experience with managing/delivering agents. Experience in large-scale projects handling with multiple stakeholders
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead end?to?end planning, execution, and delivery of large?scale projects involving multiple stakeholders. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while managing risks and dependencies. Apply recognized project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, PRINCE2, etc.) to drive structured delivery. Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with client objectives and enterprise strategy. Translate business requirements into actionable product features and enhancements. Balance short?term deliverables with long?term product vision. Act as the primary client?facing representative, managing communications, expectations, and escalations. Facilitate workshops, presentations, and status reviews with clients and partners. Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Oversee design and delivery of Agentic AI solutions, ensuring practical application in enterprise workflows. Collaborate with technical teams to integrate AI agents into existing systems, focusing on measurable outcomes. Stay updated on AI trends and advise clients on adoption strategies. Guide teams in leveraging IBM Maximo for asset management, maintenance scheduling, and workflow automation. Ensure Maximo configurations align with client requirements and industry best practices. Support integration of Maximo with AI agents and other enterprise systems. Coordinate between engineering, product, and client teams to ensure smooth collaboration. Mentor junior project managers and product owners, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure delivery teams remain aligned. Establish governance frameworks for project execution, compliance, and risk management. Provide regular reporting on KPIs, milestones, and deliverables to clients and internal leadership. Maintain documentation for project decisions, product features, and architectural changes. Be available for in?person meetings with clients and partners in the Delhi NCR region as required. Represent the organization in client workshops, steering committees, and partner engagements.
