A leading digital media client of CareerBricks is seeking an accomplished Senior Producer - Digital Media & Branded Content to lead end-to-end production of high-quality content across digital platforms. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in media production, agency environments, or entertainment companies, who can balance creative vision with operational execution.
You will be responsible for conceptualising, planning, and delivering branded content, original series, campaigns, interviews, and multimedia assets. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, budgets, crews, vendors, talent coordination, location logistics, and post-production workflows. You will collaborate closely with creative directors, brand teams, editors, and external partners to ensure content aligns with brand objectives while maintaining editorial quality.
The role also requires overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, mentoring junior producers, negotiating with vendors, ensuring compliance with legal and platform guidelines, and maintaining timelines under tight deadlines. Strong storytelling sensibilities, leadership maturity, and the ability to manage both creative and commercial stakeholders are critical.

Requirements
Graduate in Mass Communication, Film, Media, or related fields
8-14 years of experience in media or content production
Proven experience managing budgets and large teams
