JOB DESCRIPTION The candidate must possess knowledge relevant to the functional area, and act as a subject matter expert in providing advice in the area of expertise, and also focus on continuous improvement for maximum efficiency. Communication skills are key here, to explain organizational objectives, assignments, and the big picture to the team, and to articulate team vision and clear objectives. Senior Process Manager Roles & responsibilities: Responsible for designing, creating, executing and testing Email / SMS Campaigns. Build and Designed Multi Channel Complex Campaigns (Email, Push Notifications etc.) from business requirement to execution Create Data Schemas, Personalization Blocks, Lists, Typologies, Predefined Filters, Templates, Seed Addresses, Package Management, Access Management Ability to work on: Import Manager, Web Services, APIs, SOAP methods Offers, Triggers (based on integration of Adobe Analytics and Campaign) Automated Workflow and Delivery monitoring using JavaScript. Worked on A/B Tests, Deliveries (Recurring, Continuous, One-Time etc.), Workflows, Data Extraction, Data Enrichment, Query, Split activity, Union. Worked on debugging of HTML Content Daily hands on campaign execution (segmentation, list pulls, flow creation) using Adobe Campaign marketing automation platform Able to independently handle campaigns such as Marketing, Automated, Triggered and Transactional Creating campaign performance reports on a weekly/monthly basis using data from Adobe Campaign. Create detailed documentation & process flows to capture ongoing projects Technical & Functional Skills: Bachelor\'s Degree with at least 5+ years of hands on experience in managing campaign management, email development, campaign operations and marketing automation. Excellent knowledge and minimum of 4 years of experience on Adobe Campaign Marketing Automation platform. Certification is added plus. Should have hands on experience in all Adobe Campaign and Message Center Modules. Should be well versed with Email Marketing concepts & best practices. Good understanding of API\'s, Transactional templates, Event triggered emails, message center module and JavaScript Strong interpretation and communication skills, i.e., being able to interface with Manager- to VP-level stakeholders and potentially explain analyses/deliverables to a less-technically or analytically-minded audience.
