JOB DESCRIPTION The candidate must possess knowledge relevant to the functional area, and act as a subject matter expert in providing advice in the area of expertise, and also focus on continuous improvement for maximum efficiency. It is vital to focus on the high standard of delivery excellence, provide top-notch service quality and develop successful long-term business partnerships with internal/external customers by identifying and fulfilling customer needs. He/she should be able to break down complex problems into logical and manageable parts in a systematic way, and generate and compare multiple options, and set priorities to resolve problems. Communication skills are key here, to explain organizational objectives, assignments, and the big picture to the team, and to articulate team vision and clear objectives. Senior Process Manager Role and responsibilities: The candidate will be a part of the digital campaigns center of excellence team at eClerx. The following are key areas where the candidate is supposed to work on. Work with clients/prospects to understand requirements from a digital campaign operations perspective and structure solutions that address the needs. This involves working with clients to identify the requirements, documenting the challenges, mapping requirements to internal capabilities/solutions, creating a custom solution, creating commercial proposals and presenting to the client. Be a part of the digital campaign operations center of excellence team at eClerx. This team is involved in internal capability development, new solution creation, internal excellence initiatives and industry interface Provide support to internal pre-sales team by participating in proposal creation, RFP responses and client collateral creation. Technical and Functional Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in any field with 6 + years\' experience on Marketo (Marketing Activities, Database Studio, RCE and Design Studio) Deep expertise in utilizing Marketo marketing automation platform to design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, webinars, and events. Proficiency in building and managing automated nurture programs within Marketo to guide leads through the buyer\'s journey and drive conversion. Strong understanding of program optimization techniques, such as A/B testing, personalization, and dynamic content, to maximize engagement and conversion rates. Experience in utilizing Marketo\'s lead scoring and grading capabilities to identify and prioritize high-value leads for sales follow-up. Knowledge of Marketo\'s integration capabilities with other marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager), event/webinar management platforms (e.g., ON24, Cvent) to streamline campaign workflows and data synchronization. Ability to create and implement lead routing and lead lifecycle management processes using Marketo to ensure smooth handoffs between marketing and sales teams. Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within the Marketo platform, including data syncing, email deliverability, and marketing automation workflows. Proficient in measuring and analyzing campaign performance using Marketo\'s reporting and analytics features, with a focus on key metrics like conversion rates, engagement metrics, and ROI. Familiarity with Marketo\'s advanced features, such as progressive profiling, dynamic form fields, and triggered campaigns, to enhance lead capture and engagement. Should have the knowledge of building journeys/flows Ability to analyze the campaign requirements and suggest the type of smart campaigns & flow to be used Needs to understand the database structure in order to come up with exception handling for dynamic content campaigns Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, Media Query Experience in using Velocity scripting 2-3 years of responsive HTML coding experience Should have the knowledge of building block based designs using content builder Ability to work in a high-energy, quickly changing, and demanding environment Should have excellent communication skills and be able to interface directly with clients and higher management. Should have excellent presentation skills and should be able to clearly communicate ideas, thoughts, and strategies. Hands-on experience with Marketo integration with third party platforms (Native and API integrations) Experience in any of the following tools and platforms will be an added advantage - Pardot, Eloqua, Unica, Hubspot, etc Ideal candidate must be a Certified Marketo expert Should have hands-on experience in managing campaign operations across channels preferably in an end user organization. This will cover email, web, search, ads/ affiliates, and social campaigns. Should have proven track record of delivering ROI through successful digital campaign operations Should have excellent handle on end-to-end campaign operations and workflows. Experience of working through the entire campaign lifecycle on multiple campaigns is expected. Should have experience of working with different stakeholders across the entire campaign lifecycle. This involves internal stakeholders, and also external agencies Should have knowledge of key platforms in the below domains. Hands-on experience and expertise in below platforms is expected Marketing Automation Email production CMS Ad servers Social campaign management Site search platforms Web analytics Should have good understanding of campaign performance metrics and success parameters Should be aware of various compliance related requirements of digital campaigns e.g. anti-spam laws, restrictions on 3rd party cookies etc. Should have knowledge of important happenings and new trends in the digital marketing domain. Should be able to work with the clients to understand business requirements and formulate targeted solutions Should be able to demonstrate strong domain expertise. Should have excellent communication skills and be able to interface directly with clients and higher management. Should have excellent presentation skills and should be able to clearly communicate ideas, thoughts, and strategies. Should be able to work on projects involving many stakeholders. Strong project management skills are an added advantage.
