JOB DESCRIPTION Senior Process Manager Role and responsibilities: Intermediate to advanced JavaScript skills Experience with HTML and CSS selectors (preferably JQuery) Experience defining analytics tracking requirements, and guiding developers through implementation of those requirements Expertise in Adobe Analytics Tag implementation using Launch or similar tools like Ensighten, Tealium, Google Tag Manager Etc. Experience defining and configuring tracking rules within the tool Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills Perform metrics implementation tests and ensure that global standards are being utilized experience with HTTPF ox or Adobe Experience Debugger or any other debugging tool Understanding of TMS architecture & functioning Ability to translate business requirements into solutions Create Test Cases for adobe Implementation and performing tests/tag audit in UAT/PROD Providing Post Implementation support to business users Writing Technical specifications for new Implementations Provide insight and recommendation based on adobe analytics for business Technical and Functional Skills: Engineering graduate preferably B.Tech\'s or M.Tech\'s 5-7 years\' Digital analytics implementation experience with Adobe Analytics on Web and Mobile Platform. Strong service orientation, with a proven track record of working with multiple internal and external stakeholders Ability to effectively manage multiple work assignments while being able to shift priorities Domain knowledge of various industries such as Banking, Retail, ecommerce etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Design and develop reports by using tableau/Power BI or Excel dashboards as per business requirements Collect, organize and analyse large data sets and use BI methodologies to transform them into meaningful dashboards for the client Experience in managing a Team or leading team of 3-5 members Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or computer science AnySpecialized training, certification.
