We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, talented Business Operations Executive to join our team. The role is focused on providing commercial analysis/reporting Finance support to the Business Operations team within Growth Marketing. You will need excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; a deep understanding of financial performance metrics, finance processes & tools; an ability to learn new tools/systems quickly, and a passion for delivering results through effective teamwork. The candidate must possess knowledge relevant to the functional area, and act as a subject matter expert in providing advice in the area of expertise, and also focus on continuous improvement for maximum efficiency. It is vital to focus on the high standard of delivery excellence, provide top-notch service quality and develop successful long-term business partnerships with internal/external customers by identifying and fulfilling customer needs. He/she should be able to break down complex problems into logical and manageable parts in a systematic way, and generate and compare multiple options, and set priorities to resolve problems.The ideal candidate must be proactive, and go beyond expectations to achieve job results and create new opportunities. He/she must positively influence the team, motivate high performance, promote a friendly climate, give constructive feedback, provide development opportunities, and manage career aspirations of direct reports. Communication skills are key here, to explain organizational objectives, assignments, and the big picture to the team, and to articulate team vision and clear objectives. Senior Process Manager Roles And Responsibilities Tracking & reconciliation of marketing spend versus budget/adjusted budget and forecast for marketing spend by segment, identifying potential risks/opportunities Preparing weekly & monthly reports & analysis to country, segment & functional stakeholders Partnering with in-country marketers, regional/global stakeholders, sales ops, and finance to clarify the status of spending, manage accruals and transfers as required Performing training & QA analysis on EMT entries (finance system) to ensure marketing ROI calculations are accurate and consistent across markets/teams - highlighting improvement opportunities where appropriate Ensuring agency and vendor spending is on track against project deliverables Preparing monthly reports & analysis on spend for key stakeholder reviews Marketing Performance Reporting Preparing monthly marketing performance reporting for campaigns & paid media, attending reviews & actioning key enhancements [As required] Ensuring all reports are available on My Reporting, driving increased adoption of reporting tools & capabilities across the team Supporting other key projects as required Technical And Functional Skills Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent (finance/numerical discipline preferred) with 6+ years of experience Experience gained in a position such as a Finance analyst, Marketing Analyst, Business analyst Skills & Abilities: commercially oriented, analytical, clear communicator, professional demeanor & ability to engage at a senior level, customer focused, team player; strong organization/prioritization skills, high standards and attention to detail, a self-starter with a can-do attitude, ability to deliver in a fast-moving/ambiguous environment Knowledge required: Outstanding Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & MS Office Suite knowledge, finance metrics, processes and tools (e.g. SAP) About Us At eClerx, we serve some of the largest global companies - 50 of the Fortune 500 clients.
