Senior Process Leads needed for Marine Demurrage claims

Key Responsibilities:

Experience of working on Oil and Gas Marine logistics Experience of Marine claims management and processing Research review and analyze contract terms documents and events to prepare critical claim calculations Negotiation of claims with 3rd Party regular phone calls and emails and issue invoices for Receivable claims Timely escalation of relevant issues to supervisor and business line as appropriate Develop and review control reports to ensure receivable claims are submitted to 3rd party Affiliate within contract limits monitor additional controls reports as necessary Respond to claims questions from customers 3rd Party Affiliate Management Manage outstanding items and aged claims and progress action them to closure Track and follow up of overdue or outstanding invoices issued to counterparties Highlight areas for process improvement opportunities contract issues and improvements to supervisor

Technical Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in commerce Business Administration Logistics Maritime Studies or related field A diploma or certification in Maritime Law or Chartering will be an added advantage Experience of 6 8 years Good understanding of Marine logistics claims process Clear written oral communication skills with internal customers Strong analytical interpersonal skills Strong troubleshooting and diagnosis skills
