Key Responsibilities:

Process Expertise Collaboration
Serve as the go to expert for the process offering insights and guidance on process optimization and improvements along the way
Collaborate and follow up with cross functional teams to resolve partner queries within stipulated timelines focusing on customer satisfaction
Critical Thinking Decision Making
Use strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess challenges and recommend effective solutions
Make informed decisions that enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks
Client Interaction
Maintain professional and effective communication with clients providing updates responding to queries and offering appropriate solutions
Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships
o Will be expected to host and drive meetings independently with the client and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism when representing Infosys on these face to face calls
Email Writing Communication
Demonstrate excellent written communication skills to prepare clear concise and professional email correspondence
Effectively communicate process updates issue resolutions and recommendations
Technical Knowledge Excel Proficiency
Possess a basic understanding of computers and digital tools used in supply chain management
Work efficiently with Excel to create reports analyze data and generate insights for better decision making
Reporting Documentation
Create maintain and update work related trackers and logs to ensure transparency and accountability across the team
Provide detailed reports on process performance issues and improvement opportunities
Time Management Adherence
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure the timely completion of tasks
Adhere to established timelines while managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Process Auditing Compliance
Perform process level auditing tasks as required ensuring compliance with established standards and identifying areas for process improvement
Training Support At a later phase
Provide ongoing training to team members and support the implementation of new tools and practices
Assist with onboarding new team members and help them integrate into the process smoothly
Technical Requirements:

o Strong Excel skills will be required to analyze manipulate and compile data in the resolution of queries and for general transaction work

o Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
