Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing Support
Handle day to day order management activities with accuracy and timeliness
Review and validate order details update systems and ensure all transactions are processed correctly
Coordinate with cross functional teams to resolve order related issues
Communication Client Handling
Respond to customer or client queries through email or chat in a clear and professional manner
Keep clients informed about order status delays or any required clarifications
Maintain a polite customer focused approach in every interaction
Reporting Documentation
Update and maintain trackers logs and reports related to case management
Ensure all records are complete accurate and up to date for internal reviews
Collaboration Teamwork
Work closely with other departments and support to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
Escalate challenges while being proactive to the SME or Team Lead with relevant details for quick resolution
Quality Compliance
Follow process guidelines SLAs and compliance standards
Ensure accuracy in data entry and transaction handling
Participate in process audits or reviews when required
Continuous Learning
Be open to learning new tools processes and systems used in digital supply chain management
Take feedback positively and contribute to improving team performance
Technical Requirements:

Experience
2 3 years of experience in order management supply chain or back office operations
Graduates with strong communication and analytical skills are encouraged to apply
Shift Requirements Must be flexible to work in various shifts including night shifts and be comfortable with a 100 work from office arrangement
