Able to interpret financial statements and a deep understanding of finance and accounting principles and procedures with a passion for financial markets Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to interact with clients and internal stakeholders and explain complex financial concepts The ability to be highly organized and have a rigorous attention to detail is critical for ensuring data accuracy Time bound and meticulous Capacity to function autonomously in a demanding setting The capacity to identify problems understand their root causes and propose effective solutions is a key requirement Must be able to analyze and interpret the data numbers

To qualify for the role you must have Bachelor s Degree Finance or Accounting preferred and demonstrated proven experience in Financial Services Operations or similar role An ideal candidate should have up to 2 years of experience in Investment Management Operations and have exposure to Equity and Mutual Funds products
