Education- Degree in mechanical engineering or energetic engineering or aeronautical engineering or similar 3-8yrs Technical Coordinator Engineering (India) Tasks and Duties:- ü The PES is responsible for the activities carried out with the process department in the development of paint projects. He is in charge of identification and the selection of equipment best suited in accordance with customer specification and the Engineering Head office. ü He checks and identifies technical solutions for construction and detail design in accordance with customer specification and the Engineering Head Office. ü Ensures customer satisfaction and product quality through: - ü The choice of technological solutions that answer the project quality requirements while minimizing costs and respecting order and delivery timing ü The Calculation of thermal fluid design for the coating plant reduction ü Information and data sheet for purchase some equipment of plant ü The arrangement of the plant component operations (functional analysis drafting) ü Defines the projected operating parameters (zero-state project) and documentation for customers (training Document, Maintenance documents, Spare parts; etc....) ü These activities will be done in accordance with Engineering Head office information and in the respect of time line. ü The PES is referent and responsible for the activities carried out by Process Engineering and takes care of their professional growth. Starting the project- The PES receives technical documents concerning the project. ? Reviews the information and documents received and evaluates if all the information is clear ? The PES with Engineering Head office confirm/control the activities and timeline and priority During the project:- Performs the thermodynamic calculation notes, hydraulic and air flow system for the design of the plant Defines the components of plant (Pumps, Fans; Air supplier Unit, Heating group Oven, Valves, Heating exchange etc...) and he drawings the functional scheme (P&ID) Outputs specification sheet for the business purchasing or performs the technical specification for turnkey components and technical review Elaborates the general functional analysis which becomes input documentation to the electrical design Shares with team, the information concerning the equipment purchased for the piping or Ducts layout Supports the purchasing department during the bid phase with technical information. Realizes documentations for: Risk analysis, Atex layout information, maintenance handbook; list equipment; spare parts list. Insert documents in PLM (Company Product Lifecycle Management) version Pro.file by Procad Visits India suppliers and check the prototypes or product Is available on work site for medium or long periods as technical support during the coating plant installation and start-up, as well as during production assistance and training phase Coordination Activity- Checks periodically the project planning ? Checks the Process Engineering activities and support him for development of project ? Takes daily meeting with India Team to check the activities and status of work ? At the request of the Technical Coordinator Engineering (TC), he takes part of weekly web-meeting with Geico Italy Team to check the activities and status of work
