Process Engineer (2-8 Years Experience)

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Chemical Engineering

Industry Experience:

FMCG, Specialty Chemicals, and Chemical industry Preference for candidates from reputed consulting engineering firms

Technical Expertise:

Design and engineering of process plants per global standards Preparation/review of H&MB, PFD, UFD, P&IDs Equipment and instrument datasheets, technical bid evaluations Process and utility package design, vendor document review HAZOP, PHA, SIL, and safety studies Hydraulic calculations, hazardous area classification

Software/Standards Knowledge:

API standards, GMP compliance Familiarity with company standards is an advantage

Project & Team Management:

Coordination with site/home office teams Lead engineering efforts across multiple projects Implement quality control, peer reviews, gate reviews Manage changes in scope, schedule, and material impacts

Deliverables:

Design basis, process philosophies, equipment specs Sizing/calculations for tanks, vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, and instruments
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
