About the Role:





We are looking for an experienced

Senior Process Associate - US Payroll

who has strong hands-on expertise in managing

end-to-end US payroll processing

. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of US payroll regulations, compliance, tax withholdings, and multi-state payroll processing. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to timely and error-free payroll delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle

end-to-end US payroll processing

including data validation, payroll run, reconciliations, and disbursements. Ensure accurate calculation of

wages, deductions, bonuses, overtime, and benefits

as per federal and state laws. Process and reconcile

multi-state payrolls

and handle

employee tax setups, garnishments, and adjustments

. Manage and maintain employee payroll records with high confidentiality and accuracy. Coordinate with internal HR, Finance, and Compliance teams for payroll inputs and issue resolution. Perform

pre- and post-payroll audits

to ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory regulations. Generate and review payroll reports, journal entries, and accounting reconciliations. Support

year-end payroll activities

such as W-2 and W-4 processing. Stay updated on changes in

US payroll laws and taxation

to ensure compliance. Handle

queries and issue resolution

related to payroll discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.

Required Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree

in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

5-8 years

of hands-on experience in

US payroll processing

(end-to-end). Strong knowledge of

US payroll laws

, including

FLSA, FICA, FUTA, and state regulations

. Experience working with

payroll software

(such as ADP, Paycom, UltiPro, or similar platforms). Proficiency in

MS Excel

and data management. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
