Responsibilities * Handle end-to-end processes related to reinsurance claims with high accuracy and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations while managing claims and operations.
• Analyze and evaluate claims to determine coverage, liability, and settlement amounts.
• Coordinate with various teams, stakeholders, and reinsurers to resolve queries and ensure smooth operations.
• Create and maintain detailed reports and records for audits and internal reviews.
• Identify areas of improvement to maintain and enhance operational excellence.

Requirements * A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in reinsurance claims processing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of insurance and reinsurance policies, frameworks, and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in Excel and other operational tools; familiarity with analytical software will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
• A degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred).
