To ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective warehouse and transport operations while meeting Business Unit and customer service requirements. The role focuses on optimizing logistics processes through strong vendor management, system-driven execution, and transparent stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

Independently manage end-to-end warehouse operations and domestic order execution as an Individual Contributor.

Perform cost-benefit analysis for warehouse options aligned with Business Unit and end-customer service and cost requirements.

Strong expertise in tolling/third-party manufacturing, including managing 3PL/toll manufacturers, overseeing external production for quality and GMP compliance, and coordinating material movement and site operations.

Ensures statutory and process compliance while developing, tracking, and reporting KPIs for third-party manufacturing performance.

Lead warehouse cost evaluation, tendering, and vendor negotiations, including domestic transporter rate negotiation and contract finalization.

Execute new warehouse setup in SAP.

Execute export orders, including weight notes and palletization.

Ensure end-to-end warehouse and transport compliance, with or without ESHA guidance.

* Take proactive decisions based on operational needs and ensure transparent communication between factories and transporters.
