Responsibilities * Driving process optimization and efficiency improvements for Learning Management System (LMS) processes

• Collaborating with HR stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective LMS solutions
• Developing and maintaining process documentation and standard operating procedures
• Analyzing data and preparing reports to identify areas for improvement
• Leading and supporting LMS related projects and initiatives

Requirements * 4+ years of experience in process analysis and LMS administration, preferably in HR or Training domain

• Strong understanding of Learning Management System (LMS), cornerstone processes and best practices
• Proven track record of driving process optimization projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
