ead and manage spatial and master planning projects, ensuring they meet client goals, local regulations, and WSP's quality standards. C
arry out and review research, data collection, and spatial analysis to support sustainable and resilient development strategies. P
repare and technically review clear, engaging reports, presentations, data outputs and plans for clients and internal teams. U
se GIS, analytical, and AI-based tools to support assessments, modelling, and visual storytelling. T
ranslate complex spatial, demographic, and socio-economic data into meaningful planning insights. W
ork closely with multidisciplinary teams -- from urban designers and engineers to economists and environmental specialists -- to develop integrated, forward-looking master plans. S
upport proposals and business development efforts by creating technical content and providing commercial inputs to bids L
ead, manage, mentor and develop graduate and consultant level planners, promoting professional development, knowledge-sharing, training programmes and initiatives to grow and evolve skillsets to meet business, client and project requirements. S
tay curious and up to date with new planning technologies, sustainability frameworks, and global trends in city-making. A
degree in Urban Planning, Spatial Planning, Regional Planning, or a related field, Masters degree is preferred 1
0+ years of post graduate experience in spatial or master planning, ideally on projects in KSA or across the Middle East. S
kills in a range of software (GIS, Adobe Suite, MS Office, AutoCAD). Experience with AI-based or data-visualisation tools such as Power BI is advantageous A
good grasp of sustainable urban development, spatial strategy, and multidisciplinary coordination. E
ffective communicator who is comfortable and has experience of presenting to clients and stakeholders E
xperience in managing and leading teams of spatial/urban planners M
embership (or eligibility for membership) in a recognised planning body such as RTPI, APA, PIA, or ITPI is desirable. A
