What you'll achieve

We're looking for a seasoned and visionary Senior Data Engineer with over 12 years of experience in designing, optimizing, and scaling enterprise-grade data systems. This role demands deep expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development and performance tuning, along with hands-on experience in ETL pipelines, Python scripting, NoSQL databases like Elasticsearch, and implementing AI-driven solutions. You'll be instrumental in shaping our data architecture, driving innovation in data engineering practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent, data-powered products.

You will:

Design, develop, and optimize complex Oracle PL/SQL procedures, packages, and triggers for high-performance data operations Lead performance tuning initiatives to ensure efficient query execution and database scalability Build and maintain robust ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from diverse sources Develop data processing scripts and automation tools using Python. Build and maintain NoSQL databases, particularly Elasticsearch, for high-volume, real-time data indexing and retrieval Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all systems. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in data engineering

Essential Requirements

12+ years of experience in data engineering, database development, or related roles. Expert-level proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL development and performance tuning Deep understanding of Oracle audit logs and diagnostic reports like AWR to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks Strong experience with ETL frameworks and data integration tools like Streamsets, KAFKA, GoldenGate Advanced knowledge of Python for data processing and automation Deep understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and distributed systems

Desirable Requirements

Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases, especially Elasticsearch. Experience in implementing AI/ML solutions in production environments. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for data workflows
