What you'll achieve

As a

Technical Stuff/ Software Senior Principal Engineer

you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that power intelligent tools and features across our products. This role requires strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for solving real-world problems using data.

You will:

Lead the effort on UEFI Firmware Design & Development, Triage, and solution development for DELL Core BIOS. Adopt or develop CI/CD processes and tools to make our development & delivery simpler and more robust. Mentor team members in design collaboration, code reviews, development tools and processes. Take part in the full software development life cycle including development, test, continuous delivery, and field issues. Be an active member of an agile team, collaboratively realizing features through design development, test and delivery

Essential Requirements

12-25 years of combined experience in the architecture, design and development of BIOS Firmware, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field with bachelor's or master's degree. Linux system programming - IPC, multithreading etc. Strong in C (Primary) and C++ (Secondary) programming. Linux build and OpenBMC experience. Experience in Yocto build framework.

Desirable Requirements

Ability to learn new tools, languages and operating systems with some training and on-the-job experience Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research preferred.
