Senior Principal Engineer

to lead the design and development of our next-gen applications. Key Responsibilities

Lead full SDLC from concept to deployment & maintenance. Architect, design, and productionize scalable microservices & APIs using modern principles like

Hexagonal Architecture

. Develop secure, reusable

API frameworks

. Mentor engineers and build a culture of collaboration, psychological safety, and continuous improvement. Provide technical oversight in Agile Scrum environments. Drive solutions in ambiguity and champion best practices in system design, code quality, and security. Explore

AI & Agentic AI

to optimize workflows and elevate engineering outcomes. Collaborate across product, design, and operations teams.

Qualifications

10+ years in scalable software development. Strong expertise in APIs, API frameworks & architecture patterns. Hands-on experience with

Laravel (PHP), Python, Node.js, Scala

. Solid grasp of design patterns & modern architectural principles. Proven leadership in Agile teams. Exposure to

Agentic AI

in software development. M.Tech/M.E./MCA/B.Tech with exceptional experience. Bonus: Hackathon wins or competitive programming achievements.
