Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant _ Workday Agentic Architect
We are seeking an experienced Workday Technical Architect with strong expertise in Workday Extend, Workday Agentic frameworks, Reporting, and Integrations. The role will be responsible for designing scalable Workday technical solutions, leading architecture decisions, and driving innovation across the Workday platform. The ideal candidate will act as a technical leader, ensuring best practices, performance optimization, and alignment with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end Workday technical solutions across Extend, Agentic, Reporting, and Integrations
• Lead development of custom applications using Workday Extend
• Design and implement Agentic / AI-driven workflows and intelligent automation within Workday
• Architect complex inbound/outbound integrations using:

o Workday Studio
o EIB
o Core Connectors
o REST/SOAP APIs
o Middleware platforms

• Define enterprise integration architecture and governance standards
• Design advanced Workday reports, composite reports, and Prism Analytics solutions
• Provide technical leadership across Workday programs and transformation initiatives
• Review solution designs to ensure scalability, security, and performance
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical architecture
• Mentor technical teams and establish development best practices
• Ensure compliance with Workday security, data privacy, and architecture standards
• Support innovation initiatives using AI, automation, and emerging Workday capabilities

Qualifications we seek in you!
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive overall enterprise application experience
• Strong hands-on Workday technical experience
• Proven expertise in Workday Extend development
• Experience working with Workday Agentic / AI capabilities
• Advanced Workday integration experience (Studio, EIB, APIs)
• Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting & Prism Analytics
• Experience designing enterprise-scale architecture
• Deep understanding of Workday security model
• Strong problem-solving and architectural decision-making skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Technical / Extend Certification
• Experience with cloud architecture and middleware platforms
• Exposure to AI-driven automation within enterprise systems
• Experience in global Workday implementations
