Inviting applications for the role Senior Principal Consultant _ Workday HCM Solution Architect
In this role you will be responsible for HR solutions design, customer partnership, process, and project management. Responsibilities. Perform a range of mainly straightforward assignments when entering this job level, developing towards having full accountability processes or business objectives. Build knowledge of the company, processes and customers by leading projects or project steps within a broader project. Resolve problems using existing solutions, but may also solve complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions. Receive a moderate level of guidance and direction.
Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Automation platforms (Potential platforms: Workday, ServiceNow, Azure) performing administrative functions including business process administration, security, and Integration support
• Strives to automate processes to eliminate waste and drive efficiency in the organization, and leverage return on technological capabilities.
• Partner with COEs and Operations to identify continuous improvement opportunities, drive adoption of global standards Regularly assess current state and proactively identify areas of opportunity for improvement.
• Serve as an escalation point and lead for process design and system configuration support
• Prism is mandatory
• Workday dashboard and workday discovery board are mandatory

• Stakeholder engagement is also mandatory

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong experience in HR Systems, HRIS, HCM experience in design user centric technology solutions
• Good experience in Workday business process & configuration responsibility and reporting experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience using daily an HCM/ Workday and / or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information from different sources with attention to detail and accuracy
