Inviting applications for the role Senior Principal Consultant _ Workday HCM Solution Architect
In this role you will be responsible for HR solutions design, customer partnership, process, and project management. Responsibilities. Perform a range of mainly straightforward assignments when entering this job level, developing towards having full accountability processes or business objectives. Build knowledge of the company, processes and customers by leading projects or project steps within a broader project. Resolve problems using existing solutions, but may also solve complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions. Receive a moderate level of guidance and direction.
Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Automation platforms (Potential platforms: Workday, ServiceNow, Azure) performing administrative functions including business process administration, security, and Integration support
• Strives to automate processes to eliminate waste and drive efficiency in the organization, and leverage return on technological capabilities.
• Partner with GPO, COEs and P&O Operations to identify continuous improvement opportunities, drive adoption of global standards Regularly assess current state and proactively identify areas of opportunity for improvement .
• Processes the organization's human resource information using the most efficient and cost-effective computer systems and applications, Researches, analyzes, designs and maintains information systems in support of human resource administration and projects, Monitors HR information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Domain expert in organization's plans, procedures, programs, controls, and records regarding acquisition, retention, utilization, talent management and productivity of its prospective, current and former Associates .
• Domain expertise in functional modules of assigned platform .

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in Workday HCM Solutioning .
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Workday certifications .
