Senior Principal Consultant -

Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Solution Architect

lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions across our organization. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end delivery for Salesforce programs: scope, sprint planning, backlog readiness, delivery governance, and execution control.

Manage cross-functional delivery teams (SFDC dev, QA, integration, data, and UAT stakeholders).

Partner with Architects to convert solution blueprinting into executable sprint plans and technical work packets.

Ensure alignment across business, product owners, architects, engineering leads, and integration teams (Azure/Boomi).

Maintain delivery KPIs: velocity, burndown, defect leakage, cycle time, deployment success rate, and SLA adherence.

Lead risk & dependency management across Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing), Experience Cloud, and integrations.

Own release planning, regression strategy, environment readiness, and cutover/

hypercare

orchestration.

Manage vendor coordination, contract resource utilization, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder reporting.

Ensure strong compliance to SDLC: requirements

design

build

QA

UAT

release.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

IT experience with Technical PM/Project Lead on large Salesforce programs.

Strong understanding of Salesforce clouds: Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing), Data Cloud.

Proven track record leading multi-team Agile delivery with 20+ team members across dev, QA, integration, and product groups.

Experience managing programs with integrations via Boomi and Azure Services.

Able to understand technical design, data flows, integration diagrams, and platform limitations (used-to working with architects).

Strong command of Agile/Scrum: sprint planning, refinement, KPIs, velocity forecasting, release management.

Excellent communication and stakeholder handling--exec-level reporting, RAID management, delivery governance.

Strong experience in coordinating enterprise releases, UAT cycles, and production cutovers.

Ability to manage budgets, resource plans, and vendor teams.

Strong communicator - English in spoken and written form.

Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
