Should have experience of S4 Hana Implementation and Support projects. Responsibilities . Experience in IT, with a keen appreciation of business needs and strong interest in business processes and performing as an SAP Ariba Team Lead. . Working Knowledge (Functional)of SAP Ariba and integration with back-end ERP System such as SAP S4 HANA, SAP ECC. . Advance knowledge in SAP Ariba Procure to Pay, Spend Visibility, Ariba Network, Sourcing, Contracts, Ariba Procurement content, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, Buying and Invoicing, Guided Buying Ariba, Supply Chain Collaboration Ariba Modules . Experience in managing complex projects, involving multiple business units, and with integration with multiple applications. . Experience running ERP operations in a hybrid in-source/outsource staffing model for a large enterprise, as this role will need to do both transformation and operations. . Confident managerial and leading skills, while having strong operational skills. . Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, communication and attention to detail. . Key soft skill areas including communication, customer management and becoming a trusted advisor is mandatory. . Certification in project management like PMI will be an advantage. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills Graduate or postgraduate in B.Tech, IT or MCA Preferred Qualifications/ Skills . Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills. . Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing& demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments.
