Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, Project Manager
Responsibilities:

Excellent capabilities in process designing and redesigning. Will work in the capacity of Project manager and assist as a business analyst for requirement gathering. Interpret Client Requirements and convert into software requirements. Preparation of requirement documents to capture functional requirements and define testing strategy to validate the results. Lead the development of project management tools such as the project charter, scope of work, project schedule and work breakdown structure, cost estimates, resource plans, communications plans, and risk management plans. Ensure the delivery on time and as per SLA, process, performance and team management. Engage SMEs and project stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner. Establish, develop, and maintain effective communications strategies with internal and external stakeholders. Planning, coordinating, and directing activities to ensure that they meet the approved timeframe, scope, quality, and budget expectations. Design test strategies, Test cases, test case documents, configuration, deployment, hardware/software requirement and communication with QA team. Provide leadership to the project team regarding project management methodology and best practices and establishes and maintains project documentation repositories at PMO level. Analyze in detail resources required for every phase, conduct estimation of time utilization of different resources and activities, prepare resource and development plan or provide inputs and review with PM. Identifying process improvement initiatives, planning and performance management. End to end delivery and management of project Maintain existing applications i.e., update, add new feature or re-engineer. Create a status Report with the project updates and present to all stakeholders. Create business impact by automating any manual processes present in the application. Integration of data, migration and integration of applications. Manage and ensure data driven solutions to the business.

Minimum qualifications

BE/B Tech/MCA Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications

Relevant experience in Salesforce ecosystem. Dimensional Modeling (Start & Snowflake Schema) Oracle, Test strategy and test cases, Teradata and DB2 Databases, Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), Data Warehousing, ETL tools like Informatica, DataStage, Unix Scripting, Change/Incident management tools like Service Now And HPSM, and Scheduling tools like TWS. Fundamental Knowledge of dashboarding and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau and Cognos), Data Lake. Knowledge of Infrastructure concepts including AWS, Azure DevOps, Hybrid Cloud, and Databases. Knowledge of productivity and PM tools (MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio), Atlassian products (Jira).
