Job Description


Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. At least 10-15 years of relevant support experience or experience in software technical support or equivalent. BFSI domain/Anti money Laundering Knowledge is preferable. Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within an L2 support or application support environment. Strong technical background with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and supporting enterprise-level applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes, Incident & Problem management, Release management and service-level agreements. Technical expertise in Unix, PL/Sql, Scripting skillsis a must. Familiarity with various support tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, Abinitio etc.) and ticketing systems (Service Now) Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Leadership abilities with a focus on team development, collaboration, and fostering a positive work culture. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Ability to deliver under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
