Senior Principal Consultant,

Mulesoft

Architect, SFDC!

A Salesforce MuleSoft Architect leads the design and implementation of complex integration solutions using MuleSoft's

Anypoint

Platform. This role bridges business needs with technical execution, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing integrations across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

Integration Strategy & Architecture

Define and lead the integration strategy using MuleSoft and Salesforce platforms.

Translate high-level design (HLD) into detailed low-level design (LLD) specifications.

Architect hybrid models using REST, SOAP, and

GraphQL

APIs.

Solution Design & Delivery

Implement event-driven and message-based architectures using tools like

Kafka,

JMS.

Ensure reusability, scalability, and performance across all integration solutions.

Technical Leadership

Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.

Act as the technical lead in client workshops and discussions.

Collaborate with product leadership to guide MuleSoft feature development.

Governance & Standards

Enforce coding standards, design patterns, and API-led connectivity principles.

Support project planning, effort estimation, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

, IT, or related field.

Relevant integration experience, Relevant in a technical lead role.

Deep expertise in MuleSoft

Anypoint

Platform: API design,

DataWeave

, runtime, connectors.

Proficiency in Java, JSON, XML, and integration protocols (REST, SOAP).

Experience with

GraphQL

, Kafka, JMS, and enterprise integration patterns.

MuleSoft certifications (Developer, Integration Architect) are highly desirable.

Soft Skills & Traits

Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Ability to align technical solutions with business goals.

Preferred qualifications

Certifications in Salesforce/Product Owner

Years of experience in

Salesforce

ecosystem.

Must be able to apply design thinking in the business processes.

Must have done at least solutioning with 2-3 large implementations individually or in lead capacity.

Understand the business problem and convert the problem into

value

stream.

Excellent skills in persuasion and documentation using excel, word document,

graphics

etc.

Expertise in any of the tools like draw.io,

visio

,

lucidchart

. Modelling

tools

knowledge is a must.

Archimate

is an additional advantage.
