We are seeking an experienced Java Project Manager to

lead and oversee the delivery of complex Java-based software projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Java development, combined with proven project management skills. You will

be responsible for

planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for Java-based software development initiatives.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts.

Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.

Ensure adherence to software development best practices and quality standards.

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.

Manage resource allocation and team performance.

Support technical decision-making and provide guidance on Java technologies when needed.

Qualifications we

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's

degree in computer science or related field.

Experience in Java programming and development.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Experience with cloud platforms

( Azure

, GCP).

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
