Senior

Principal Consultant - Identity Management

We are looking for an accomplished

Senior QA & Security Testing Lead

with experience to drive testing excellence in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in

manual and automation testing, security and accessibility validation, IAM testing, and performance assurance

. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, reliability, and scalability of healthcare applications while mentoring teams and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end

manual testing

efforts for healthcare applications, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

Define test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with healthcare workflows and compliance standards.

Ensure defect-free delivery of mission-critical patient-facing systems

Architect and oversee

automation frameworks

using

Selenium with Java

.

Drive adoption of automation across regression, functional, and integration testing.

Optimize test automation pipelines for scalability and efficiency.

Lead

security testing

initiatives to identify vulnerabilities in healthcare applications and infrastructure.

Collaborate with SecOps teams to validate compliance with

HIPAA, GDPR, and HITECH

standards.

Conduct penetration testing and risk assessments to safeguard patient data.

Validate

IAM solutions

including SSO, MFA, and RBAC/ABAC models.

Test user lifecycle processes (provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews).

Ensure secure and compliant access across healthcare applications and cloud platforms.

Lead

performance and load testing

for healthcare systems to ensure scalability under peak usage.

Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system performance.

Establish benchmarks and SLAs for mission-critical healthcare applications.

Champion

Agile frameworks

(Scrum, Kanban) for QA and testing processes.

Continuously improve testing methodologies, tools, and workflows.

Implement

process improvement initiatives

to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in

QA, Security Testing, and Identity Management

.

Strong expertise in

Manual Testing

and

Automation (Selenium with Java)

.

Hands-on experience in

Security Testing, Accessibility Testing, and IAM validation

.

Proven skills in

Performance Testing

using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.

Experience in

team leadership, risk management, and Agile frameworks

.

Familiarity with

healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, HITECH)

.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Prior experience in the healthcare technology (HealthTech) industry is a must. A deep understanding of the healthcare domain, including knowledge of EHR/EMR systems, patient data security, and HIPAA regulations is critical.

Bachelor's or

Master's degree in Computer Science

, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience leading quality initiatives across multiple product lines or in a portfolio-based company.

Familiarity with interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIR.
