We are seeking a skilled Cognos TM1 Consultant to design, develop, and support enterprise-level planning, budgeting, and forecasting applications using IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience working with multidimensional models, strong financial domain knowledge, and excellent problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain TM1 cubes, rules, feeders, and TurboIntegrator (TI) processes.*
Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver reliable and scalable financial planning models.*
Develop reports and dashboards using Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE).*
Collaborate with finance teams, business users, and IT to support planning and reporting initiatives.*
Optimize performance of TM1 models and processes.*
Migrate models across development, testing, and production environments.*
Provide production support and resolve system issues in a timely manner.*
Maintain documentation related to models, processes, and user guides.*
Assist with upgrades, patches, and enhancements to IBM Planning Analytics platform.*
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.*
hands-on experience with IBM Cognos TM1 / Planning Analytics.*
Strong experience with TM1 Rules, Feeders, TurboIntegrator (TI) scripts.*
Proficient in Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE).*
Solid understanding of OLAP concepts and multidimensional data modeling.*
Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.*
Experience with version control tools and deployment methodologies is a plus.*
Knowledge of IBM Cognos BI or other reporting tools is a plus.*
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.*

IBM Certified Developer - Cognos TM1*
IBM Planning Analytics Administrator/Developer Certification*

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
