upport the Pre-contract Commercial Manager/Executive, pursuit and delivery teams where required. S
upport others in facilitating bid reviews and quality audits to minimise business risk and maximise performance P
repare bid pricing sheets, develop and maintain benchmarking information to support financial models, develop rate cards, provide pricing trends. D
evelop the WBS and deliverables in conjunction with delivery teams for bids S
upport with responding to third party auditors when required S
upport the Pre-contract Commercial Team with preparation of reports, legal documents and other correspondence and reports as required, A
dhere to and advocate compliance to WSP's corporate governance, business system, quality and risk management requirements. P
roactively seek opportunities to improve the Commercial Team's processes, P
rovide general commercial support to the Commercial Pre-Contract Team as required W
ork with WSP broader business to have accurate cost and price information D
evelop, expand and maintain standard pricing templates for contracts and key clients M
anage the historical pricing and benchmarking databases. T
raining to relevant internal commercial and bid teams where relevant. P
rovide monthly summary reports and commercial positions to management inclusive of capturing material departures from the standardised model and pricing in an auditable form. Q
