Job Description

The Pricing Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Home Lending Product Management team by managing day-to-day pricing operations and ensuring accurate execution of pricing activities. This position requires strong attention to detail, operational excellence, and a commitment to maintaining rigorous quality control standards. The role involves monitoring processes, performing controls, and collaborating across teams to ensure smooth and compliant pricing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and support daily pricing activities for Home Lending products, while maintaining and enhancing pricing processes and operational workflows. Provide analytical insights and reporting to support pricing decisions, identify trends or anomalies, and conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve pricing discrepancies and support business objectives. Monitor pricing activities and perform required risk and compliance controls to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. This includes validating system inputs, reconciling pricing data, identifying discrepancies, and escalating issues promptly to prevent operational or financial risk. Support audit and compliance activities by maintaining accurate documentation of pricing processes, control procedures, and operational workflows. Ensure all activities adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. This includes preparing audit-ready materials, responding to auditor inquiries, validating control effectiveness, and implementing corrective actions when gaps are identified. Act as a liaison with business partners to ensure timely resolution of compliance issues. Knowledge about pricing tool such as Bloomberg/Tradeweb.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent (6-years) Overall, 5-7 Years' work experience (Mortgage lending) Working knowledge and experience on MS Office, Advance Excel Excellent verbal & written communication skills
