Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Management & Qualification
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, walk-in leads, and online enquiries.
Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and buying readiness.
Maintain high lead-conversion ratios by ensuring timely follow-ups.
Customer Engagement
Provide detailed project information to clients, including pricing, amenities, location advantages, and unit availability.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right project/unit options.
Build rapport with prospects to ensure positive engagement and interest.
Appointment & Site Visit Scheduling
Fix appointments and coordinate site visits with the sales team and clients.
Ensure clients receive accurate directions, project details, and visit confirmations.
Follow up with clients post-visit to gather feedback and drive conversions.
Coordination with Sales & Marketing Teams
Work closely with sales executives to hand over qualified leads for closure.
Coordinate with marketing for quality leads, campaign performance, and digital enquiries.
Provide inputs on lead quality, customer preferences, and market trends.
Customer Experience & Follow-up
Ensure professional communication and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Handle customer objections and queries with clarity and confidence.
Maintain continuous engagement with warm leads to convert them into site visits.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Education:
Any Degree or Diploma; MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience:
3-7 years of experience in real estate pre-sales, telecalling, or customer engagement roles.
Experience handling luxury/residential/commercial project leads is preferred.
Technical & Communication Skills:
Strong communication (English, Tamil/Hindi as required) and interpersonal skills.
Excellent telecalling skills with persuasion and negotiation ability.
Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and lead management systems.
Ability to understand real estate layouts, pricing, location maps, and USPs.
