Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Civil Engineer with proven experience in precast erection works, including planning, coordination, execution, and supervision of on-site precast element installation such as columns, beams, wall panels, slabs, and staircases. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading site teams, handling cranes & rigging plans, coordinating with design and production, and ensuring quality, safety, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
? ?Plan and supervise daily precast erection activities as per approved drawings and sequences
? ?Coordinate with precast yard for delivery schedules, element identification, and lifting arrangements
? ?Review and interpret erection drawings, connection details, and lifting plans
? ?Monitor crane operations, rigging plans, lifting gear, and safety protocols
? ?Ensure alignment, levelling, and grouting of installed elements
? ?Lead a team of site engineers, riggers, and subcontractors
? ?Coordinate with design, production, logistics, and client teams
? ?Identify and resolve erection site issues (mismatch, tolerance, damage)
? ?Prepare daily progress reports, resource plans, and productivity tracking
? ?Ensure adherence to QA/QC standards and HSE requirements at site
? ?Support in method statement preparation, client inspections, and handovers
Qualifications & Skills:
? ?B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
? ?10-15 years of experience in civil construction, with minimum 5 years in precast erection
? ?Strong understanding of precast connections, stability checks, and site tolerances
? ?Hands-on experience in working with cranes, lifting tackles, and safety systems
? ?Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and site reporting tools
? ?Ability to read structural & architectural drawings and provide technical solutions
? ?Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
? ?Knowledge of relevant codes (IS/ACI/PCI/BS EN) and erection safety norms
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
