About your team
The DPS Studio provides ground breaking digital solutions to deliver market leading digital client experiences and creating innovative ideas that bridges mobile, desktop, back office and other digital media to provide solutions and services that are driven by customer insight and business & local Market demands across PI, Wholesale, Institutional, Advisory and DC/Workplace Investing. The DPS Studio places itself in a leading position to respond and adapt in a continuously evolving ecosystem to achieve Fidelity's strategic goals, deliver best in class digital experiences to our customers, and provide exciting growth opportunities for our employees.
About your role
As Sr. Practitioner UX/UI, you will drive the experience for your business/customer channel. You will collaborate with business, technology and other digital verticals (Analytics, Business Intelligence, Design Standards, etc.) to translate requirements into creative solutions. You will actively contribute to Fidelity's Global Design System while ensuring its compliance in your design engagements. You will manage the design deliveries within your channel while working with globally distributed design teams.

• 7+ years in the UX/UI design domain.
• Design portfolio covering methodology and implementation.
• Hands-on experience in working with Design Systems.
• Hands-on experience in static and dynamic prototyping in Axure for user/usability testing.
• Hands-on experience in translating user journeys to visually detailed screens in platform specific or responsive setups.
• Preferred - Academic qualification or certifications in user experience, interaction design and allied fields.
• Ability to work in UK/CE time-zone.
• Software skills - Sketch, Axure, Figma and comparable tools.
• Desirable (but not essential) experience - Gesture based design, Conversational UI, design for Native Apps (Android/iOS).
