The Practice Lead Talent Acquisition will define the strategy for outsourcing activities and build collaborative environment at multiple locations Negotiates contracts builds relationships and design programs for building capability and scalability of outsourced partners in order to ensure sustainability of talent acquisition operations
Technology Enablement
The Practice Lead Talent Acquisition will review hiring process across practices to identify areas for technology intervention drive discussions meetings with the IS team monitor system health in order to ensure progressive process automation enhance efficiency and manage scale and complexity
MIS Reporting
The Practice Lead Talent Acquisition will analyze trends in hiring practices across multiple units and locations competitive landscape compliance to legal process frameworks etc
to stakeholders in order to take timely and corrective actions
Process Compliance Statutory Regulatory compliance Certification
The Practice Lead Talent Acquisition will develop and review internal processes through feedback from internal and external stakeholders candidate satisfaction studies periodic reviews of MIS to ensure SLA adherence internal audit mechanisms and participation in external audits to ensure compliance and take corrective action on exceptions Develop frameworks for region specific legal requirements assessment processes compliance collaterals statutory audits Continuously assesses impact of changes in statutory regulatory norms in the region to processes and establish changes to the processes in order to ensure legal and process compliance

The Practice Lead Talent Acquisition will plan and execute recruitment needs of a large business unit units comprising of 10000 people across regions DCs
S He will bring strong domain experience across different streams which includes delivery sales and business support functions for that particular practice
S He works with business leadership Business HR to facilitate selection process of potential candidates through internal job movement in order to align Practices business plan with recruitment strategy
Staffing Plan
The Practice Lead Talent Acquisition will build and review staffing plans review budgets with key stakeholders taking into account talent availability and cost parameters identify and build alternate resource pools programs to facilitate quicker deployment in order to deploy the right talent as per Practice s manpower requirements
Sourcing Plan
The Practice Lead Talent Acquisition will conceptualize and design the sourcing strategy and plan for the Practice through direct indirect channels in order to meet the Practice geography region targets within the overall budgets
External Employer Branding
The Practice Lead Talent Acquisition will manage client visits lead discussions with corporate marketing media to develop branding strategy for the Practice from a talent attractiveness perspective drive Infosys participation in events such as road shows seminars and other media events develop and implement round the year engagement initiatives with key stakeholders in the Practice faculty recruits potential candidates college management etc
leveraging alumni support provide inputs to the branding team and execute the branding strategy in order to position Infosys as the Employer of Choice
Research Analytics Benchmarking
The Practice Lead Talent Acquisition will define Planning Research initiatives in the region across development centers to understand competitor landscape gain insights into talent pool dynamics emerging and alternate talent pools develop benchmarking frameworks for the region liaise with peer companies to share and understand best practices drive adoption of best in class practices etc
in order to provide inputs to manpower planning team and develop the recruitment strategy for the region and maintain leadership position in the marketplace
Assessment
The Practice Lead Talent Acquisition will build assessment models benchmark assessment methodologies adopted by other Practices industry to identify best practices review selection tools competency matrix interview process Partner with all the stakeholders internal and external to improve assessments in line with the competency requirements of the organization set up appropriate screening filters through assessment frameworks in order to ensure sourcing is done in alignment with current demand
